Ross is currently owner/operator of Rosco’s Pizza in Ninilchik with his wife Carol. Originally from Ohio, Ross has dedicated his professional career to exploring the culinary landscape of America with executive positions in high-end restaurants and resorts from coast to coast, North and South. After a decade or so of traveling between summertime in Alaska and wintertime in Tahoe, Ross & Carol became fulltime residents in Alaska, opening the popular Ninilchik pizzeria, Rosco’s, in 2010. A desire to share the beauty and unique character of Ninilchik led to his leadership involvement in the Ninilchik Chamber.
Jessica Russo is the Vice-President. Jessica was born and raised in Ninilchik. She is the real deal when we talk about bona-fide Alaskans. Jessica and her mother own and operate The Peddler, a unique Alaskan gift store
Debbie V. Cary
Debbie, along with her family, have owned and operated the Inlet View Bar & Restaurant for the past twenty five years in Ninilchik. The Inlet View is open for breakfast lunch and dinner year round. It has always been our ambition to serve the best food possible and provide great Alaskan Service. We are always enthusiastic about everyone who graces our doorstep. Stop by and tell us your story. Sue D. Kaffke
Sue Dionne-Kaffke has lived in Ninilchik since 1994 and currently owns and operates The Bluff House Inn. She has dedicated years of serving the community through the Emergency Services, PTA and now the Ninilchik Chamber.
Yet she feels her biggest volunteer effort is the mural she painted on the Fairgrounds building, because it reflects all the love she has for this beautiful place and its people.
An Alaskan since 1972, Mike made our community his home in 1995, wanting to live where he liked to play and be closest to the resources that make Ninilchik a special place for Alaskans and visitors alike. He has been an actively engaged advocate for Ninilchik in public affairs, volunteering service to many community organizations. He has been a Chamber member since 1998, when he opened his home year round as Meander In B&B, to realize his vision of being a custodian of Alaskan hospitality. In the last 38 years, Mike has owned six businesses and bring that oversight to our mission as the Chamber of Commerce.
Lara McGinnis is a member at large. Lara has been the executive director of the Kenai Peninsula Fair for the past ten years. She brings a wide variety of skills to the chamber board and is very passionate about our wonderful community and is proud to call Ninilchik home.
Michael blends a contemporary style with a touch of whimsy to create memorable graphic art pieces. His love of fashion and art drive his ability to keep current with market trends as well as maintain an editing eye when composing new works. Armed with a sketch pad or pen tablet and a cup of coffee, he has the unique ability to whip up graphic genius in just about any medium. Illustrator, graphic artist, web designer, painter, no matter what he is doing, Michael always says, "I make things pretty!"
